Family Health Care, Inc. is a community-based, non-profit, Texas Corporation. It began in 1988 when Flow Hospital, the county hospital for Denton, closed and left indigent patients without access to care.
Family Health Care, Inc. was established to address the health care needs of low income and Medicaid covered residents of the North Texas area. Our mission is to secure the provision of primary and preventative care for those residents unable to access the appropriate services they require.
We have the following services and facilities:
- On-site laboratory
- On-site sonograms
- Free language-assistance services
- Well woman exams and male STD testing
- Family planning services
All fees are on a sliding scale, based on income.
