| Family Health Care, Inc., a community based, non-profit, Texas Corporation, was established to address the health care needs of low income and Medicaid covered residents of the North Texas area. | |||||||||||||||
| The Agency's mission is to secure the provision of primary and preventative care for those residents unable to access the appropriate services they require. Family Health Care is committed to a patient and family centered, cost effective approach to health care utilizing innovative contractual agreements, partnerships, and collaborative arrangements with physicians, nurses in advanced practice, hospitals, other helping agencies, and federal governments. Family Health Care's role in these relationships is programmatic, supervisory and financial. |
