| The Agency's mission is to secure the provision of primary and prenetative care for those residents unable to access the appropriate services they require Family Health Care is commited to a patient and family centered, cost effective approach to health care utilizing innovative contractual agreements, partnerships, and collaborative arrangements with physicians, nurses in advanced practice, hospitals, other helping agencies, and federal governments. Family Health Care's role in these relationships is programmatic, supervisory and financial. |
